Unfortunately, the line didn&#8217;t wash in Florida, where the person filing the lawsuit said that &#8220;Wrigley was engaging in deceptive trade practices and that the Wrigley claim was a \u201cbreach of express warranty\u201d&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Dude. Filing a class action lawsuit over chewing gum?
